Great! I struggle with cold sores that appear on my finger. Consistently taking quercetin helps me prevent symptoms from worsening. My sister with rhinitis also takes it. Just remember to take it only during symptoms.

Prevention success
I didn’t notice much while taking it, but I realised I didn't catch a cold. However, when I stopped taking it, I did catch a cold, suggesting it is indeed effective.
